Hapur Anand Vihar Awasiya Yojana 2018 is a new housing scheme for EWS, LIG and MIG categories in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, developed by Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority (HPDA). The scheme falls under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), CLSS.
Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority was established as a second and an independent authority from GDA by U.P. administration during 1996-97. After keeping in view the geographical, historical and commercial industrial importance and in view of the planned development of NCR. Past many decades Delhi steady population and floating population have undergone an unprecedented increase. Hapur is a city in, as well as the headquarters of, Hapur district, in western Uttar Pradesh, India.
