DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 offering 12,000 plus flats under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) 87 are in high-income group (HIG) category and 404 are two-room middle income group (MIG) flats. The rest 11197 are in one-bedroom lower income group (LIG) category.
Cost of the flats here varies from around Rs 9 lakh for one-bedroom Janta flats to Rs 1.26 crore three-bedroom flats in Jasola.

A 3 BHK flats, 113 sqm in dimension, are in pocket 9A of Jasola. There are 320 flats in this block out of which seven have been put up for sale as they were surrendered in the last scheme.

Two rooms are of 10X12 feet while one is 12X14 feet. The flats come with a parking facility with a separate parking area provided for visitors.

Spread in the area of 2.5 acres metro station will soon become operational with in 1 kilometer once phase 4 is started. DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 launched on June 30. Housing Scheme has approx 12,000 flats. Forms and brochures are available in selected branches of banks in Delhi from June 30 to August 11. DDA Housing Scheme has been linked with the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), people fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria will get subsidy on the interest.
